Shipping policy

* SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days after the order has been received, I will process and ship orders to Monday -Friday.

I post all around the UK either by Royal mail or Hermes.

I also offer world wide postage, all orders going outside the UK will be posted Royal Mail tracked, this is so I can monitor all posts to make sure it arrives safely to you. Tracked postage does cost more. Once I have posted your order I will send over your tracking number for orders outside the UK.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, customs control, difficulty in accessing your property, temporary technical issues at each Post Office etc). If any of these delays do happen, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control as to when the order will be delivered.

* LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT

For parcels that are shipped with tracking number, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

* SHIPPING ADDRESS

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finishing the purchase.

* CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
