Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges for my jewellery if you bought the wrong size, due to hygiene reasons, please make sure you read the correct sizes for all my pieces, if you need more help please message me.
If anything arrives damaged or brakes in 14 days since you received your item then please contact me straight away and I will either send you a new item or refund.
